Fire bosses hoped to have the fire contained by Thursday.

A woman firefighter received minor burns and smoke inhalation Sunday when she took refuge in her fire shelter after swirling winds pushed flames through an area about 30 miles east of Fields, Ore., where she was part of a federal fire crew digging containment line with hand tools.
